Is Your Home Next???
A city in CA has just passed the most sweeping anti-smoking ban in America. It is illegal to smoke anywhere expect single family homes. It is only a matter of time before that right is taken away too if the liberals continue to have their way. I mean come on...I'm sure there is some baby to protect from abusive smoking parents!!!

I think state governments are passing bills to just to show their doing something. Worthless legislation.
In LA. legislators are considering baning cell phone use in cars.

Socialism is slowly creeping in and taking away our freedoms. I was glad that one of the few things we won on election day in Missouri was defeating a politically correct tax on smokers.
I don't care about a smoking tax but next it will be on my McDonald's or something I do care about. The government shouldn't be telling me what I can and can't do.

Southpaw...your comment makes no sense. No where in the article are judges mentioned nor anywhere in my remarks or the comments. As much I think this is ridiculous, it was done by an elected body. If the people of that city think it is crazy then they should vote them out. Unlike libs, I'm not calling for this to be overtuned by a court b/c it was done the way it should be done even though I disagree.
