I am usually very adverse to class action lawsuits, but here is one I support 100%!!! It burns me up that states just completely ignore Federal laws and give special benefits to people who should be put on a bus or plane and sent out of the country immediately.
There is no way someone who is here ILLEGALLY should be allowed to attend school here, much less pay a cheaper tuition than citizens!
