Just watched "The Chronicles of Narnia" Anyone who says it is not an allegory for the story of Christ and salvation is just in complete denial.
The humans are repeatedly referred to as "sons of Adam" and "daughters of Eve."
Aslan sacrifices his life for the fallen human whose blood is required due to betrayal for food and power.
There was an earthquake before Aslan rose.
Aslan rose from the dead to defeat the witch.
Aslan even says something along the lines (forgot the exact line) that the witch misread the prophecy and that it took the blood sacrifice of the blameless (not the word used but can't remember the exact word) for the payment of the betrayal of human blood.
Those are the biggest, but there were many more references.
I can't wait to read the books soon!
