Game Day!!! #5 LSU v. #15 ASU

LSU's season is finally starting!!! It's Game Day!!!

It will be a very nice distraction from all the other stuff going on in LA. I'm meeting a bunch of other LSU fans at Bailey's to all watch it together up here in DC.

I'm a little nervous for a couple of reasons. First we didn't have our warm up game last week. North Texas was supposed to serve as a "scrimmage" to get all the kinks out. ASU had their warm up game and it will show. Not to mention two very emotionally draining weeks.

Second this was supposed to be a home game for us, but due to LSU's campus being still in the middle of the recovery effort that would have caused major problems to bring over 100K people into BR. So, because of all that, they moved the game to Arizona, which gives the home field advantage to them instead of us.

ASU is supposed to be one of the surprise teams of the season. They have a very good passing game. If we can put all the emotions aside from the previous two weeks and play Tiger defense then we should be ok.

However, regardless of what happens in the game, it is nice to see some normalcy returning.

GEAUX TIGERS!!!
