One Nation Under Judicial Activists

Once again a completely unaccountable judge has ruled the having kids recite "under God" in the pledge is unconstitutional. You would think that one requirement for being a judge is to actually read the founding documents and other writings of our founding fathers.

For example, who is "our creator" that has endowed us with rights if it is not God? The list of references to a "higher power" (for those who say "Nature's God" is not necessarily the Christian God, not that I agree but just for arguments sake) is so long that it would take hundreds of pages to list. To say that we are not a nation founded under Christian principles is to be completely ignorant of even the slightest notion American history.

The Supreme Court can't hide from making a decision this time. I hope that once and for all we start moving back to sanity and a true representation of the original intent of the founding fathers.
