The Upright Game

Another LSU v. Auburn game has a unique finish with LSU winning in overtime 20-17 after Auburn's kick hit the left upright for the fifth missed field goal of the game.

They tried hard not to win though missing two wide open touchdown passes in the endzone.

We finally went a whole game without any turnovers, but it was still not an impressive win. While Auburn was ranked, the talent on LSU should have been too much. They are just no where near playing to their potential.

However a win is a win, and while I'm not thrilled with how it was accomplished, I'll definitely take it. Two weeks of what better be practice games then they travel to Alabama for another test in what should be the deciding game in the SEC West.
