Highly Recommended

I finished "The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner" and was not disappointed at all. It is another home run in Bach's "Finish Rich" series.

His writing is so simple and understandable. The best part is that he gives very doable action steps at the end of each chapter to guide you down the path of homeownership and then to building wealth through homeownership.

I started reading your book you sent to us on the way to get your car.So far so good but there is no way I could sell our home. We put to much of ourselves in the building of it and too many memories.I just it never gets to the point where we would have to.I can see how following his advise would work.

As you will read, he says you should never sell your first home. You either rent it out (not an option either) or use the money in a refinance to buy a second home or an investment property.
