If so, the Supreme Court ruled last year in the Kelo case that a city could take private property from people and give it to another private entity in order to develop that property commercially if it brought more tax revenue to the city.
It was an absolutely insane ruling and completely against private property rights.

Yeah, was asking why he signed it. I have to agree with you in that case. I wasn't sure if it was Katrina related.
