I love seeing quotes from "secular" Jefferson and Franklin about God. The best book I've read so far on this topic is "Original Intent" by David Barton. Highly recommend it!!!

I absolutely love Dave Barton!!! I have listened to a ton of his audio tapes on the founding fathers, etc... Right now I am reading his book on Benjamin Rush. I think if everyone took the time to read and listen to his stuff they would have a wake-up call. They would realize what nonsense this whole "separation of church and state" stuff is since it isn't even in the constitution and it has totally been taken out of context.

I've read his book on Rush as well...very good stuff. I've also been on his American Heritage tour of the Capitol Building...definitely something every American should do in his or her lifetime. At the very least, buy the video of it.
